The Garden

This well-established community garden in the heart of an historic inner-city area gives a warm welcome to visitors to this peaceful haven. Members and their families tend more than 50 plots. There are also wildlife areas, several small ponds, a traditional British hedgerow and raised planters for elderly gardeners and those with limited mobility. The gardens are 100 per cent organic, which encourages the bees to make lots of honey.
