Manor Gardening Society (MGS) moved to their 50-plot site - Pudding Mill allotments - in February 2016. Situated at the southern edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the site is owned by the London Development Corporation and is leased to MGS for 38 years. It replaces their previous site at Bully Fen in Hackney Wick, which was demolished to make way for the Olympic Park, along with a sister site at Marsh Lane in Leyton.

Surrounded by tower blocks, railways and canals, Pudding Mill Allotments have been brought to life by a vibrant community of old and new MGS tenants. Their pleasure and pride in their allotments is apparent from the diversity of planting and willingness to experiment. We are dedicated to showing how urban allotments can provide food, leisure, companionship and a sustainable, wildlife-friendly environment in one of the busiest cities in Europe.
