The Garden

This private communal garden in St James Close is surrounded on three sides by a church and Victorian almshouses. The Church of England owns the property and most of its residents are connected to the church in some way. There is a small lawned area and beds of herbaceous perennials snd shrubs. This is a hidden retreat in an otherwise bustling and densely populated area and it is warmly appreciated by residents.
